ZAAX Consulting ("we", "us") of Noida, India runs this page so you can book a consultation call with us. This policy explains what personal data the page collects, why, who else handles it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• What you enter: your name, business email address and the optional notes you type, plus the meeting length and time you choose.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser information (browser and device type, language, timezone, screen size and the page you came from). We use it to keep the page secure and to investigate misuse. It is kept in server logs and sent to our team in an internal notification email when you make a booking. It is not added to the calendar invitation you receive.
• Human check: to stop automated bookings the page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at signals from your browser to decide whether you are a person.

Your timezone is read from your browser only to show times correctly. We do not store it. We do not ask for or need any sensitive personal data, so please do not put any in the notes.

2. Why we use it

• To create the meeting in our calendar, send you the calendar invite with the Google Meet link, and prepare for the call.
• To keep the page secure and prevent spam and misuse (rate limits, the human check, server logs).

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the booking form, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).

3. Who handles your data

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. These providers process data for us or because you use their service:

• Google: your booking is stored as an event in our Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invitation by email and hosts the Google Meet call. Google also serves the Inter font to this page, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
• Cloudflare: provides the Turnstile human check.
• Our hosting and email providers: run the server this page and its logs sit on, and the mail service that delivers our internal notification of your booking.

Some of these providers process data in other countries. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do with it.

4. Cookies and local storage

This page sets no cookies of its own. Your choice of 12-hour or 24-hour time is saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. Cloudflare may use its own browser technologies for the human check.

5. How long we keep it

• Booking details: kept in our calendar for as long as we need them to hold the meeting and follow up, and to keep ordinary business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Notification emails: the internal email about your booking, including your IP address and browser details, stays in our mailbox for as long as we keep the booking details above.
• Server logs: kept for about 30 days.
• Rate-limit counters: stored as scrambled values (hashes) and expire within a day.

We do not keep a separate database of bookings.

6. Security

The page is served over HTTPS, access to our calendar is limited to authorised staff, and the booking form has protections against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent. Email zaaxconsulting@gmail.com from the address you booked with and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where the law of your country (for example India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the GDPR) gives you further rights, including the right to complain to the data protection authority, they apply too. You may also write to the same address to raise a grievance.

8. Children

This page is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be shown on this page.
