By using this page to book a call with ZAAX Consulting ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the page; you can email us instead.

1. What this page does

It lets you pick an available time for a video call with our team. A booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation on screen and receive a Google Calendar invitation by email. The invitation comes from our calendar account and may be flagged by your email provider as coming from an unknown sender; if you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

2. Not a contract for services

Booking a call is not an agreement for us to provide services, and nothing said on the call is a quotation or offer unless we confirm it in writing. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Your information

Please give accurate details and an email address you can access. How we use the information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Times, changes and cancellations

Times are shown in your timezone, and our availability is set in Indian Standard Time. If you can no longer attend, please tell us as early as you can by replying to the invitation or emailing zaaxconsulting@gmail.com. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call, and will let you know as soon as possible. We do not guarantee that a particular time will be available.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the page to send spam, make false or bulk bookings, use automated tools to book, interfere with the page or its security, or try to access anything you are not meant to. We may cancel bookings and block access if we believe the page is being misused.

6. Our content

The page, its design and the ZAAX name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

The page is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or show out-of-date availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the page, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us for using it, which is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the page after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
